Meet Neil Bradshaw


Neil moved to Ketchum in 2005 and has been involved in many community projects. Since its inception in 2008, Neil has been President of the Ketchum Community Development Corporation, a volunteer-led non-profit dedicated to growing the vibrancy of our community. As President, Neil has overseen many successful community projects including the creation of the Town Square, the development of the 4th Street Heritage Corridor, the building of Northwood Place Affordable Housing complex (32 units) and the formation of the Ketchum Innovation Center (KIC). As president of the KCDC, Neil viewed his role as empowering the community of volunteers and giving them the tools to be successful.

Neil has served on other local boards including the Community Library. He is currently President of the KIC, a non-profit dedicated to supporting and mentoring young entrepreneurs in the valley.

As a Business Advisor and Principal for Murphy Business and Financial of Southern Idaho, Neil helps Main Street business plan their exit strategies. He has more than 25 years of business experience from investment banking, project finance, equity analysis, business development and brand marketing.

Prior to joining Murphy, Neil was part-owner of a branded consumer goods company that targeted the outdoor market. He managed the business development and international sales for the company until its successful sale in 2016.

When not working, Neil likes to ski the backcountry, golf and climb the peaks of Idaho and beyond. Neil recently married Ivana Radlova and together they have three sons.
